3 Ways to Enjoy Slidell This Spring

Moving to Slidell

Springtime is full of adventure.

The days are getting longer and warmer. School is coming to an end and summer is rapidly approaching.

Your upcoming move with just around the corner and you know absolutely nothing about what you have to look forward to. The whole family is preparing for the big move, but you don’t know what you’re going to do when you get there.

Hug-Condon is proud to call Slidell home. We love this area and are excited to move families here every year. Here are some things you have to do once you get to your Slidell home:

  • Boating: Get on the water with a boat. Whether it’s a kayak, paddleboard, sailboat, or any other kind of vessel, being out on the water is a great way to enjoy the spring weather.
  • Bayou: The Bayou is a great place to explore. Go fishing, boating or biking around the nearby Big Branch Marsh National Wildlife Refuge. After a long day out on the lake, try some delicious food.
  • Water Fun: More fun can be had on the water. Get your adrenaline pumping with the new water sport flyboarding. Then chill out on a tubing trip down the river.

There is plenty more to do in this great area of the country, but these ideas will help get you started as you get accustomed to your new home.
